an Israeli non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusion and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through volunteering.

Founded in 1974, ALUT aims to build an inclusive society where people with and without disabilities work together, learn together, and grow together. We believe that volunteering creates connections that empower both the volunteer and the person being helped.

Our volunteers engage in a wide range of activities that support children, youth, and adults with disabilities in Israel. You can choose to volunteer with our recreational clubs, summer camps, employment training programs, independent living support services, and more. We have volunteer opportunities across Israel to match your interests and availability.
